I am totally shocked by the reviews. I truly disagree! I have been working with them for far over a year. Michelle was my best friend (in my head) she went above and beyond to help me with every set up step! Now i deal with Aaron and I married this man (in my head of course lol) - he has become apart of our team. The app works as should. Of course there are things to do during set up but they help you do everything. I changed my platform twice. They held my hand. I work better via email but when I am need of a verbal discussion, they are always there for me. They even assist me with things that has nothing to do with them. I truly love them and will work with them forever!! This app has changed my life and business. Show more

Whenever we come to EPP with an issue they always find a solution. The world is full of problem identifiers but this company and staff truly are problem solvers. We are constantly adding new products and its good to know that when we encounter hurdles they can find/create a solution. Also, we are not software experts and they take the time to answer any questions we have. Worked great for several years; the last several days they are randomly marking large amounts of inventory negative causing mass un-listing from all of our marketplaces resulting in hours and hours of correction on our end. Communication is terrible and passing the buck is the only thing they can offer. Until they have this straightened out, I would run to another service. This is unacceptable. *Update: they did eventually resolve the issues, but we still had large losses in sales and adding listing fees to eBay. No compensation or even an apology... *Update 2: Have had several issues with our plug that were the result of issues with the vendor providing the feed and EPP has worked amazingly to fix all ill affects caused by this and have been very responsive in addition to being able to remove thousands of listings very quickly that Shopify can't seem to do in bulk. Would definitely recommend this for anyone needing a feed injected. Update to review, their website has been down at least two days. No way to contact anyone, perhaps out of business? Have sent emails, but no replies. Show more

Very disappointed with this app and service from these people! The app doesn't do what they claim. During the so-called free-period, they made us subscribe to the paid plan, saying the number of products we have in our supplier datafeed exceeds the free trial limit. After they set the app up, it created duplicate listings in our Shopify store, which didn't get updated when the plugs (app) ran. Sometimes the plugs don't even run at all even when the supplier datafeed was updated and resulted in us overselling products that are no longer in stock at incorrect prices. When this issue came to light we contacted them and nothing has been done about it. In addition, we got very sluggish responses to our enquiries, sometimes none. Show more

WE LOST OUR JET ACCOUNT BECAUSE OF THEM from the beginning we had problems, the drop ship integration was not accurate, we would had sales and the inventory was over sold, we decide to not use them for drop ship , and we used them for Jet and Walmart integration , what a mistake, at the beginning we had "minor" mistakes that they didn't acknowledged orders on Jet, and few other issues listing other products that do not belong to us , but the big blow was on 1.6.17 , we found out that for over a month all our returns was going to a wrong address , we contact jet, they told us that the API company (e-productplug) override my return address and put a wrong address once this happen due to the API integration , nothing can be changed since its encoded on jet, we contact Jet , they tried to doe thire best , but they said not all product will come back, and you need to talk to your API company, i spoke to Michelle through skype , that apparently was the owner, and she claimed that she is a small business owner and she cant compensate me for this lose since she is not charging me alot of money ?????? after talking to her lawyer she blocked me from her skype, canceled my jet account , logged in to my shopify account deleting the app, and did not respond to none of my emails after treating her to take her to court , she replied that she is willing to give me $90 back , we lost over $4000 worth of products , the mistake was mine that i didnt see the signs since i was paying $60 a month and they increased it while we had all this problem, what a price to pay using a cheap and un professional "company" i sent a complain to shopify , and i hired a lawyer to go after them, this woman should not have a business, p.s jet told me that they are not authorized, an dafter the issue we had i dont think jet would allow them to be authorized API partner , due to these issues and the fact we called the buyers on jet to get our products back, jet suspended our account, beside the $4000 worth of product we are suspended over a month losing so much sales STAY AWAY FROM THEM EVEN IF THEY OFFER YOU FREE SERVICE Show more

After paying $300 up front, $55 for 1 month, and being given a guarantee, Michelle was unable to complete the task she was hired for. I then requested the refund per the guarantee and only received a partial, $100, hence the 2 stars. This company would be fine for a much smaller and simpler operation. Would not recommend. Very hard to get someone on the phone. Show more
