This app is incredible. Customer service is above and beyond. I've had a few questions and "how do I fix this?" problems. They've responded within 12 hours every single time. They're polite and always fix my problems almost immediately. I have three suppliers. Two of them were already pre-programmed into their system. I didn't have to do anything to set those up. My third has a feed that I had to set up manually. It was fairly easy to set up and works great. And pricing... one of my suppliers recommended another company online to sync stock. They were hundreds more per month than Stock Sync and do the exact same thing, probably just as well. If you dropship or have suppliers, I can't recommend this more. Show more

The app was good when I started using it but whenever there is a problem it is very difficult to get them to resolve anything. when I first signed up for this service they charged me for the number of SKUs that were on the feed. now they are counting all the products in my store and refusing to provide an update unless I upgraded. This is very unfair because the other products in my store are in a different location and are managed by a different provider, so why should I pay them more for something they don't manage. Now I have put my selling on hold struggling to make updates myself while looking for different provided. Buyers beware Show more

Products did NOT stay up to date, we had to cancel 8 orders because they were NOT updated with the shipper, then they refused to refund unless we reloaded. We have been online 20 years, the WORST Show more
