Quick response time from customer service and quick fix when we had issues with the app (reviews not loading or slow load time). Keeping this app for the emailing features mostly, as this app will send automated emails to your customers asking for a review after 3 weeks post purchase (you can set up your time frame). It also sends an email with a discount code for customers who left a review. Originally got this app to have reviews from Etsy populating on the website but changes that occurred at Etsy made this feature unavailable from an automation perspective. I will still strongly recommend this app to increase the number of reviews on your website! Show more

a great app that allows for social proof delivered from other platforms that can be trusted ( you cannot delete these reviews, edit them or fake them ). This allows customers to trust the app and in the long term build brand trust. The team also is very helpful for integration issues and we were up and running within one day. Show more

BEWARE OF THIS APP & THE SERVICES PROVIDED! Used for a year and it properly worked about 3 months out the entire year. I constantly had to communicate with the NON-EXISTING CUSTOMER SUPPORT that they have who are EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT. I basically GOT ROBBED they did not provide the service I paid for and when I would complain about it they would have a bad attitude, they ended up closing my account when I requested I be compensated for all the months my reviews did not port, they closed the account WITHOUT ever refunding me or fixing the issue that was at hand. PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE the service provided by this app will be a headache in the long run. Show more

Consider the very first marketplace in the name of the app is Etsy, you would think that you would be able to import Etsy reviews. Instead the only free 'marketplace' you can import reviews from is Facebook. Hardly a marketplace that any business really collects reviews from. To get access to marketplaces you have to pay a ridiculous $19.99 a month. Completely ridiculous. Show more

This app used to be OK, but was always just dog slow to use. However, they recently changed the UI so you can't even assign reviews to products. Any newly imported reviews are just business reviews. Installation was also a horrible pain, and now I'm seeing that there is absolutely no way to export all your reviews from Kudobuzz. I would never recommend this app to anyone. Show more
