When a customer wants to leave you a review, every extra step costs you a response. A direct review link takes them straight to the form: no searching, no clicking around. This guide shows how to find that link for the six most common review platforms.

How to find your Facebook review link

- Click the Reviews tab.
- Copy the URL from the address bar.
Note: if you don't see the Reviews tab, reviews may be disabled for your Page. Check your Page settings under Templates and Tabs.

SmartCustomer (formerly Sitejabber) provides a dedicated feedback link format: https://www.sitejabber.com/biz-review?key={ClientID}
Find your ClientID in your SmartCustomer account settings. Alternatively, go to your business page, click Write a Review, and copy the URL.
How to find your Reviews.io review link
