Online stores use multiple review sites (Google, Trustpilot, Facebook, etc.). Customer Reviews automates collecting and publishing reviews across these platforms.
Setup: add the direct review link for each platform you use. The app will send customers straight to the review form.
This guide shows how to find direct review links for: Google, Trustpilot, Facebook, Sitejabber, Reviews.io, Yelp.
Table of Contents
Google Reviews
Recommended: use our Google Review Link Creator.
Alternate method: copy the “Write a review” URL from Google Search
- Search your business name on Google.
- Click Google reviews.
- Click Write a review in the popup.
- Copy the URL from your browser address bar.
Important: customers usually need to be signed into a Google account to leave a review.
Trustpilot
Simple method: use the /evaluate/ URL
This is the cleanest share link for most businesses. Example: trustpilot.com/evaluate/yourdomain.com
- Open Trustpilot and find your business profile (create/claim it if needed).
- Click Write a review.
- Copy the URL (it typically includes
/evaluate/).
/evaluate/.Facebook Reviews
- Open your Facebook Page.
- Click the Reviews tab.
- Copy the URL (often ends with
/reviews/or includes?sk=reviews).
Troubleshooting: if you don’t see the Reviews tab, reviews may be disabled for the Page (or unavailable for your Page setup).
Sitejabber
Recommended: use a Sitejabber “Feedback Link”
Sitejabber provides a dedicated link format that opens a review form.
Standard format:
https://www.sitejabber.com/biz-review?key={ClientID}
Alternate: copy the “Write a Review” URL
Fallback flow: find your business → click “Write a Review” → copy the URL.
Reviews.io
- Find your company page on Reviews.io.
- Copy the company reviews page URL (often includes
/company-reviews/store/).
Note: if you send review invites via email tools, Reviews.io also supports “Dynamic Link” invitations for campaigns.
Yelp
- Find your business on Yelp (claim it if needed).
- Click Write a Review.
- Copy the URL (it usually contains
/writeareview/biz/).
Conclusion
Direct review links reduce friction: customers can leave a review in one click, without searching or extra steps. Save your links once, then reuse them in email, SMS, and QR codes.
