Products: three product lines
Reputon apps solve three different jobs. They are separate apps, not modules of one platform, so a merchant installs only the ones they need.
1. Collect reviews on external platforms
Customer Reviews works like an email marketing tool for reviews. It sends automated review request emails to customers after an order is created, fulfilled or delivered. The merchant chooses the trigger and the delay. The email links the customer to the merchant's page on a review platform, where the customer posts the review under their own account.
