I've worked with quite a few 3rd party apps for integrating Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, etc.. and the onboarding and support team, in my case, Drew, Oleg and Max at ShoppingFeed has been the most helpful and responsive team I've ever worked with. I've been with a similar app for 3 years and I think we had one call of about an hour for onboarding. Not at ShoppingFeed, they take the time to explain and show you how things work and answer all your questions quickly. If you need to push orders into Shopify and in turn update inventory, pricing, data at your other channels, take a good look at these guys. I moved from multiple platforms and once you get the hang of their system and writing rules you can manipulate your data to suite each channel.

We have been using Shoppingfeed since we started with Shopify in 2016, and they have continually grown and improved over the years as more sales channels become available. Their customer support is fantastic and fast, and they are quick to find ways to solve any problem we might run into.

The Shopping-Feed.com app is the best in class compare to other tools I used in the past including Channel Advisor, ced commerce etc. Their cost is reasonable and customer services is first class and UI is easy to work with. Integration and personal on boarding is best for 6 or 7 figured Shopify stores who are looking to grow

What an incredible App, Shoppingfeed. We reviewed many similar apps for over 6 months, before reaching the conclusion Shoppingfeed was right for our business. Now after 6 months we are so happy with our decision. Two critical issues for our company in making our decision were: Maintaining our "Source of Truth" for all our products on our Shopify admin platform. Customer Support. Shoppingfeed has proven our decision to be the right decision for both of these points. We decided we needed to have control of the product data, not a third party. For customer support have you ever believed you made the right product choice, just to find the customer support is terrible. Not with Shoppingfeed.. Based in the USA, Drew got us all set-up and then Shoppingfeed's technical team took over and it has been incredible. Max and Vova have been there at any time to talk us through their product, special issues that arise and training. It is so nice to be able to speak directly with support and to be able to share desktops to review their platform, discuss Shopify as "Source of Truth" and review specifics about various e-commerce sites, i.e., Amazon, Etsy, etc. Final thoughts! Like any product, you get out of it what you put into it. If you consistently commit the time to Shoppingfeed you will not be disappointed.

This is EXTREMELY expensive and has not helped a high volume store like mine at all. I think this program is capable of doing a lot of great things if set up with the rules correctly. However the MAIN purpose is to have accurate inventory across multiple sales channels. If you sell any volume, there will be inventory issues. I'm not sure I've gone more than 2 weeks not over selling something. It simply doesn't update timely. What exactly is the $99 paying for? To list.... it simply pulls data intuitively and data mines to cross list. But inventory sync is an absolute JOKE. It's embarrassing that we look incapable because of this. It's hurting my etsy reviews. To top it off, after I had set up everything how I thought would be best (tech support helped me etc), I suddenly have shopping feed creating NEW shipping profiles for my Etsy store. This allowed oversea's buyers to pay a US domestic first class rate for an item that was $11. I'm now risking horrible reviews from etsy because I simply cannot afford to ship it for $3.50 when the actual charge is $17-$20 in shipping. This was nothing I set up or added either. It worked well for a few weeks and had profiles set. Then magically I have a new Shopping Feed rate in put into there so ANYONE in the world could order $11 dollar products with $3.50 shipping. I guess it depends on what you need but I feel like this just cost me a lot without any return at all. 1 stars is given because it's truly not adequate at what it should do and that is to keep inventory synced across multiple sales channels. We've yet to see that actually occur properly, despite adjustments made with tech support. Hopefully there will be an app soon that does this more efficiently because it is desperately needed! I truly wish they refunded me for the money I've spent. I feel completely cheated.
