- Verify order via a missed call. Additional Confirmation on order via missed call given by the customer helps in ensuring valid contact number and genuineness of the order.
- Autoconfirm COD/NON-COD Orders. On receiving customer's missed call their order(COD & NONCOD) gets auto confirmed. Order note and tag is updated in the Shopify admin panel.
- Avoid fake/invalid orders. In case, no missed call is received for a particular order then such orders can be ignored. Since no confirmation was given.
