Let your customers personalize their orders by uploading files, images, videos, documents, and more! Uploadery offers everything you need to let shoppers upload files (up to 2GB ea) when adding products to their cart. Uploaded files appear with the order in your Shopify dashboard. Accept any file type or restrict uploads to just the formats you want (ie ".jpg, .svg, .pdf, or .png" only). I purchased a new theme without realizing it did not have an uploader! A bad situation for a Photo Lab! Delighted to find that Uploadery had an excellent solution. The software does a great job, but it is easily outshone by the terrific personnel who worked tirelessly to provide badly needed support for this old man! They must work around the clock! I installed this app and Infinite Options this evening to replace another custom options app I've been using for over a year. I got it all set up in one evening. It's working like a charm. Does not work with Facebook browser (including links from messenger) which is key to my business advertising & where I communicate with most of my customers, this app not working through Facebook browser is why I stopped developing my website, although I have kept it running for a year hoping that you'd add facebook browser support but nope... not even a pop up message asking customers to use their default browser has been implemented in all of this time... & since I can find no suitable affordable alternative this issue for me is literally business destroying so cheers!... *Avoid this app if you advertise using Facebook, post links on Facebook including a link on a business page, communicate to customers VIA messenger or do similar VIA instagram... App does not work with third-party page builders and absolutely terrible customer service. DO NOT USE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE THIRD-PARTY PAGE BUILDERS. Also terrible customer service, I reached out about an issue with having the upload container not show up on my GemPages Homepage, the 'support' team in short said it wasn't their problem then didn't respond.
