Spent a lot of time looking for an app that could suitably add a free gift to the customer's basket upon the inputting of a discount code. Presently, this is the only app on Shopify that does so. And it does so impeccably. The app takes a bit of getting your head round (or it did for me), so set aside a little set up time to play and/or watch the tutorials on Youtube. Once customised, the app looks and acts seamlessly, integrating perfectly into the build. Our site is also very specifically themed, so I'm really impressed. Also like the success fee and think commission is a fairer way of doing business in regards apps. There were some frustrating points in the installation, but rapid support was on hand, even over new years eve. This app is definitely worth any potential minor initial legwork. You won't regret it. 5 Stars from us. Thanks so much. Show more

We needed the app for a specific use case and it worked out well. Support was great when we were having issues with set up. Would recommend for others to use. We no longer needed the app after our specific use case wasn't needed anymore but will keep it in mind for future solutions. Show more

It was difficult to use for the purpose that was portrayed in the video. I spent two days playing with it and watching videos only to loose a bunch of money to customers who recieved discounts they not have received. Show more

Last two days I have been requesting him to set up this app. He doesnt even respond on time and hasnt done anything. I have given all access. this is not the right way to treat customer. You do not get all functionality for the monthly price, some aspects needs to be purchased separately which is not mentioned anywhere on shopify apps page. Show more

The app didn't work as needed. When I created a gift, it added the free gift 3 times to the cart. Then I couldn't get the help needed to figure out why. So deleted the app and went with other options. May work for some people, but when I add something and it doesn't work as described and support isn't there, I don't use the app. That's pretty straight forward. Show more
