The customer support is simply amazing, I have purchased the app and experienced some minor issues in the beginning which would have really affected my business negatively. I've tested out a huge range of apps to allow me to display and manage wholesale pricing. The biggest challenge I found was combining wholesale pricing with Shopify's multi currency functionality. I raised this with the Wholesale Simplified Team, granted them short term, limited access to the areas of my site the app relates to, and a short while later they enhanced the app to now include multi-currency support. Excellent app to install if you're thinking of having different customer groups on your store to apply different price tiers etc. The app does discount on collections and individual products too. Easy to set up and works really. We had minor fixes done to our site. Just wanted to say a big thank you to Ahsan (from the app support team) for applying those fixes straight away and being very helpful making sure this app works well for us. This app seemed like a perfect fit for our needs. We just needed simple discounting per product type for several different customer discount structures. However, running the Venture theme, we had nothing but issues. For issue was 80% of our customers could not check out. The checkout button was there but once clicked there was no follow-through. Second issue, since we had to delete the app due to the checkout issue, we then had several missing products from our catalog. How many is a little unclear at this moment as we have well over 600 items. When connecting with their CS team, they wanted full access to our site which was not going to happen. In this day and age and the simplicity of this app there should be no issues. Show more

Beware, some customers fail to get the discount when they move from the cart to the checkout page. The discount simply disappears. So support wanted full access to my store to troubleshoot. NOT! Show more
