This app is great, easy to use and really well documented. I was reassured when I read that they pull in the mockup from your Shopify store so the person doing the printing can see what it should look like and I can confirm the shirts I just received after placing an order on my store look exactly as I intended and the quality of the print is really good.

Awesome app. Steve and the team at StreetShirts are brilliant. The app itself is amazing and painless to setup. I have used a few other t-shirt app integrations and had issues with data connections etc. Not with this app. Yes theres some leg work to setup but the tighter control it gives you is amazing. All my future Shopify sites fir garment printing needs are and will be covered on this app.

However good an app may be it would be pointless if it didnāt connect to a an equally good company. In this case not only is this an exceptional app, it comes from a company with exceptional communication combined with great product and delivery. The way that this app combines with the āEdit Variantsā facility within Shopify can allow you to copy and paste sku codes for garment colour and size combinations along with artwork file urls in the ābarcodeā area with great ease, and is especially handy if you want to fine tune artwork files to better match garment colours. You can for example paste in the artwork url for a file that would go just on black shirts, and another more suited to white shirts in a matter of seconds. The usefulness of this hosted artwork system, whether it be on your own server, drop box or wherever is a real boon and far outweighs any initial setting up concerns. Processing printing and delivery has been prompt and painless too. I set up shop using another app, and not only was that a tedious process setting up products with a variety of colours and artwork combinations, the printing and delivery times where terrible compared to the exemplary service and ease of use that Streetshirts have provided. This app is just a āmust haveā.

Simply put this app is great if you are a Street Shirts customer / reseller. Makes the art of processing orders easy as 123. A bit of setting up for your products but once you do a few its simple and the workflow to get it done is easy. Street Shirts customer service is beyond what you would expect with enquiries and questions answered in a timely polite manor. I now have three shops on Shopify that use the app. Makes processing my third party sellers orders simple too. Get this app. Its great. My main website is https://tshirtwearz.com

AVOID THIS COMPANY! Ordered a tshirt and a hoodie just to test what my costumers would get. Designs came with the wrong size. Hoodie front design was damaged. And the back what it should be a circle, was egg shaped, 24x23cm. After sending pictures with metric tape showing everything and even a close up of the faulty design, the woman said that everything looks fine and will do nothing. After 15 emails or so they said I can send back and get refund. So if in an obvious faulty merch was like this, I don't want to even imagine if the costumer was the one getting this. Took almost 2 months to get them to give a refund. Imagine your client coming with a circle design that is 23x24cm, and you have to tell them that the design looks ok. If i could pictures of everything here including the conversations I would. Worst costumer service I've had. They shouldn't be open. Even less have an integration with shopify.

Had a few major issues. 1) The design tool on the Streetshirts website, when you save to Shopify, auto-populates size and colour combinations they don't do. Found out the hard way, by having to refund a customer. 2) Even BEFORE you submit an order for fulfillment, if you need to amend the items, you apparently need to create an entirely new order on Shopify. If you don't, and do it the proper way by amending the items manually on the existing order, the app will add any of the removed items to the order and charge you even though the message from their API to the Shopify order acknowledges only the correct items. 3) Further to 2, even though the extra items on the order Streetshirts end are due to an issue with the app, they "can't cancel the order." So, their customer (me) gets penalised for something that's not the customer's fault and down to bad software. Had other serious issues but not mentioning as they don't relate to Shopify connection/app.

These people are utterly incompetent. I have had nothing but problems with Streetshirts and have finally lost my patients. So far, I have had coupons for late arrivals that do not work, smudged prints, bleeding prints, undersized prints (event when they reprinted from a previously undersized print), prints on the wrong colour t-shirt, and lastly double-billed. I would not recommend them.

Reeeeally bad app. They say they print quickly, they do not. A customer ordered the same shirt size in two different colours. One shirt was true to size, the other was 2 inches smaller than stated. They're unhelpful and close the chat on you. The prints on the shirts have a horrible smell.

A disgrace of a company. Avoid this company like covid. Customer service is terrible. You'll receive emails from fake bots when you contact them too.
