Does not integrate with vertical response classis , bad customers service, responses takes 5 days, it is sad that Vertical response does not have any interest to integrate to shopify i need to look for another email service Show more

The software is terrible. It did not import the states my customers were in and there is no way to cancel the service in the software. I had to send 6 emails. Show more
