A+ Recommended. App works right out of the box. However, after other unrelated changes on the site, the app can unintentionally break. Support is stellar, 10/10 and will work to identify the problems, reproduce it, figure out a root cause AND get back timely for proper resolution even if those problems have nothing to do with their code. The support is slow (24 hours) to get responses as they are in india. The automatic redirect was very slow (3-5 seconds) which didn't work for our customer experience. Tried for a week to get it working with no luck. Show more

Have tried to contact support multiple times but am being blocked by 'prove your human' test which isn't fully displayed on the screen so I can't see what I'm supposed to answer.
