Horrible for a whole week my search was not working and I did not know because they stopped offering it for free and then the one they offered for charge looked bad on my theme and they worked on it and because I did not pay I lost sales found out search was not working at all. They are horrible.

Two things 1) Search 2) Filter. What you need to know is that the Filter only works once your customer has entered a search. They they can see the filter option. We also found it didnt format well on the catalogue page. If its a Search you are looking for - then perhaps a different review,

I just tested it 2 days and encountered different issues such as : - Search figures not refreshing in the main dashboard - When searching through a mobile device (debut theme), it was impossible to browse through the live results. - On desktop, some concerns as well when entering different search entries rapidly, sometimes resuts were not refreshed as well. Didnt have the time to wait, however when sending a mail someone from the sales/marketing department answered in less than a day, transmitting a message to a developer apparently. To wrap up : interesting features at an interesting price but wasn't concluent for me perhaps due to my theme

Update: The app is still good. But the developers don't use any CDN or provide ample server capacity for the initial script loading. As such first byte and page load times are severely affected. The connect time to APAC is 613ms which is ridiculous. Would love to use the app but I am finding a trend amongst shopify app developers that don't have adequate backend capcity or architect their delivery for global users and assume everyone is either EU or US. WOW! Just WOW! The built in search - would not display correct results if one hit enter and went to search result page. If however one just typed you could find the item. This was due to how my theme worked. Oh and it was slow! This product though is FAST, finds all items and even shows little pictures int he drop down auto complete results. I have no data yet to affirm improvement or not to sales. However as a user trying to search it is about 100000000% better than the built in theme/shopify search feature. Did I say WOW?
