I'll be honest - I have experienced a few technical issues with the Bold apps (about 5 issues over the period of 3 years - not bad). But at the end of the day they do exactly what I need for my business and I have not found a better option. WHAT SAVES THE DAY IS THIS: The customer service and the live chat are tremendous. They are extremely helpful, quick, knowledgeable, and have helped clear up my issues every single time. They are also very pleasant to speak with even though sometimes I'm sure I have been less than pleasant myself. Highly recommend, especially due to the great customer service. Show more

I was not happy with the membership app. Customer service was not good at all and very slow to respond.=. For over 2 years now we had trouble with the app. The app had different information than what stripe had on their account and we could never rely on what bold app said. We tried to get it fixed but it never worked correctly and then when we went directly to stripe you guys erased all the recurring payments on stripe and untagged all my customers. I was also getting charged 1% more by using your app then going directly through stripe + the membership fee. I don't recommend this app to anyone and if you want to use an app like this you should go directly through stripe. All you do is copy their codes into your page that you want to charge. Show more

App is buggy.. any time you add new products to your store the customer tags reset/disappear and all the customers get locked out of their accounts. Very frustrating and took a long time to figure out why.. we lost several customers over the years and they offered no solutions so we had to find alternative options. Show more

Would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible app, terrible support, they have made a mess of my store and cost me so much $. Their "developers" are clowns and their customer support is a joke they will only tell you pre-scripted answers. DO NOT USE ANY APP FROM BOLD. The apps will never work and when they don't they will just blame it on your theme, other apps, the weather, or any other random stupid excuse they can think of Show more

I use this app on my other store and it started off causing many problems however we discovered this was because it never installed correctly once we got to the bottom of this and their support fixed it, it worked fine. So I decided against the recent reviews to use it for my other store but I wanted them to check it's been installed correctly before using it. As of today I've emailed them multiple times over the last weeks to do this and I've had no reply. I will change this review if someone replies to my emails? Update to the response below - To which inbox??? I still haven't received anything I also raised a ticket a week ago and I've heard nothing, your live chat isn't live at the times you say it should be. What is actually going on?
