In order to leave a voice message users will have to download an app. Texting requires no additional steps but the voice message feature is a very nice option to have. I had an issue with the installation and Heyoya's customer service was above and beyond. Their team promptly provided really in-depth explanations AND solutions.

Heyoya is an amazing value adding & beautifully designed app enabling my clients to leave direct & live voice comments. Heyoya also provides fantastic real time support, sticking with you until the site or theme specific inquiry is resolved. Heyoya is great! We love it! The customer service is awesome and very responsive! The CEO himself contacted me when I had a question on the install of the code. It's easy... you don't have to know anything about html. I definitely recommend if you're looking for a review and comment app that works seamless and looks nice.
