Avoid this app! The app is constantly unavailable/broken and the developer has apparently abandoned the project. Forget about contacting their support, they will never respond to your email.

Used this app for years, so naturally we had tons of redirects built up. Once the app quit working, it became a mess. Rebuilding all redirects. It seems Transportr's redirect entries were to their servers (for app functionality) which is not robust at all.

This disappearance by the vendor also requires an explanation from Shopify too, as to how to prevent such things going forward, and being proactive about protecting customers. Shopify support yesterday via phone was earnest and helpful but it was clear they (support) had no idea it had happened.

We used this for years, and had so many redirects built deep into our products. Then it stopped working. SO MUCH is lost, its horrible. I do not recommend using this program. I contacted support, they took days to respond, and told me to uninstall and reinstall. Still doesn' t work, because none of the data is saved! What a nightmare!
