We've been looking at installing Loop Returns for a few years now and was finally able to do it using the Starter Package. We are looking forwarded to continuing with Loop as our company grows and we are thankful the app has room to upgrade as well. Right now we average 30ish returns per month and this app is extremely helpful. Setup was great and their customer service team is extremely helpful. Would recommend! Show more

We are a small business that is growing fast. We recently migrated from WooCommerce to Shopify Plus in order to have access to cleaner and more effective e-commerce tools and the ability to more easily scale. Loop was one of the major influencers in our decision to switch. I am not a web developer but I do all of the web backend work myself. Of all the apps that I have used so far in Shopify (and probably including Shopify itself), I think that Loop offered the most comprehensive and easy-to-follow onboarding documentation. I reached out to Loop support a couple times when I got stuck or needed clarity on something and every time their support was extremely responsive, helpful, and patient (even when I was probably coming across as crabby - my own fault for trying to do too many things at once!). I was able to get Loop configured and running for the most part in just a few hours with a few tweaks here and there as the rest of the site started coming together over the next week or so. My assistant who helps with processing returns and exchanges is over the moon about how easy it is to use Loop too. We are definitely fans. Thank you for a great product and great service! Show more

Save your time and money and get anything else. The experience quickly went downhill once they sign you up. Customer service disappears and you're stuck with a 12 month contract for something that doesn't fully function as promised and no one to help you! Show more

Horrible customer service and completely overpriced. App is missing a ton of critical features. I used it for over a year, willing to over pay. When I insisted to cancel, guess what they kept on billing me. Dess said she would let me know, bill came in anyway. I do not want your service stop forcing it on my company. Shop around the Shopify App Store lots of better cheaper solutions. Show more

Loop is the worst company we have worked with in 11 years running Peppermayo.com. Their prices are exorbitant, 3x their competitors, like ReturnGo and their support is the worst we have ever experienced. From experience, all the bells and whistle they sell does NOTHING to improve the refund rate. We were using Aftership before Loop and on Aftership, we only offered Gift Card and Refund and the refund rate was still lower than on Loop. They will change their coding to cause your refund to grow 100% month on month with no notice. They will hold you hostage to renew your agreement, be very very careful with the overage fees, where your per return rate will be $1.50 and overages will be $4.50. They won't alert you that you have gone over and let you accumulate your overage fees then before renew, they will say, pay $30,000 in overages or renew. Their sales and support are arrogant and unhelpful. Absolutely not worth 3x competitor, DO NOT USE. Use a platform like ReturnGo instead. Show more

The most disgusting experience we have ever had working with any app or any company in nearly 10 years of business. DO NOT SIGN ON TO LOOP. They will coerce you in to a 12 month contract up-front. The reason they do so is apparent once you download the app. Nearly one month later, my own team dedicating hours each and every day - the app is still not installed. It is the most complicated and convoluted procedure. The only support you receive is essentially to figure it out for yourself. Any complaints or queries are dismissed. Their service is disgusting. Their app is a rip-off that doesn't function. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID. We have since downloaded a cheaper app that we installed within 30 minutes, and had a live chat customer service function that was absolutely helpful. BEWARE - Loop will rip you off. Show more

We've been using this app for 2 years and have never quite been able to get it to work right. Because of that, we've had to deal with some very unfortunate customer experiences. When bringing the problems up with customer service, they were extremely slow to respond (several days per email), and generally unhelpful. They are requiring us to finish our 1 year contract, even though the app has never really worked 100%. There seems to be a lot better (and cheaper) options out there now, so I encourage you to shop around! Show more

They did not help with our onboarding process. The system does make it easier for customers to submit for returns, but if you're needing exchanges across different prices/products that cost extra. It caused more headache with our backend systems than it solved problems. Show more
