I have to say that I have been using Shipwire for over 2 years and they are far superior to any fulfillment center we have used in the past. The system they have set up is the most up to date and sophisticated system... with great rates and extremely low error rate. With the high volume of shipping we do... we may have 1 or less errors a month. Our inventory levels are accurate and their dashboard is easy to use. Debbi Carroll Biomedical Research Laboratories.

We have been with Shipwire since Dec 2015 and I have to say that it was very bad timing on my part to send inventory to them at their/our busiest season. Basically Dec was a rough month overall to make this transition. We had some challenges to say the least but I was always encouraged (by our rep) to give them another chance and they were good with providing refunds on mis-picks, etc. Now that we have 3 solid months into it with 3 warehouses in 3 countries, we are super happy! The integration with Shopify is ridiculously easy and their internal software is very advanced and adds huge advantages in regards to shipping options. I have to be honest that I almost gave up on them in the first month but so glad I didn't. Now I have a dedicated service rep and get immediate responses from her. We are happy to be scaling with Shipwire and they have a strong future and are not going anywhere. My advise to anyone thinking about using this company is to make the transition in your slowest month and get properly setup with a knowledgable service rep. There are some key variables that you will want to enable or disable depending on your needs.

Shipwire and Shopify for that matter are both winners! It begins with great customer service. The interface is intuitive and keeps getting better and really the team at Shipwire has been absolutely fantastic to work with. As with any early stage company, you are as good as your people and the partners you choose and we are happy we chose Shipwire as a key partner. They have kept in constant contact, helped us through all set ups and continue to be there when we have had questions or issues. As a logistics provider, they've got the right dots on the map and clearly the right people in the seats. Highly recommend!

Horrible, STAY AWAY. Shipwire is a predatory company, over the 4 years I have used Shipwire, they constantly change the policies to take more and more money without providing any service. They have taken "deposits" when sending in inventory and provide no accounting and no credit as inventory sells off (not sure I will ever get this money back). Shipwire moved my inventory into another warehouse then demand $1,000 a month minimum monthly spend for the use of this busy warehouse. My business has lost many thousands of dollars due to these fees and constantly increasing minimums. Inventory numbers are frequently wrong, orders incorrect and lost inventory is far too frequent. Shipping speed slows to a crawl during the holiday season. Support is a joke. Shipwire will cause many nights of lost sleep, their treatment of small businesses is absolutely disgusting.

I never write negative reviews however Shipwire is that bad. Horrible service, inaccurate inventory counts, lost inventory, never takes responsibility for anything and whenever you have an issue and need to speak to someone they outsource to the Phillipines where no one there can answer your question. Its always the manager is out of the office or let us call you back which they never do. I have stayed with them because it costs too much to leave, but avoid Shipwire if you can!

This is my first negative online review in my 52 year life. Shipwire is simply awful. Horrible service, repetitive lost inventory, perpetual misrepresentation of inventory levels, and ridiculous product end of life costs, were their hallmarks. Stayed with them cause we thought their owner would improve things, but that was not the case. I just killed their service after spending thousands of dollars to separate from them. I am so happy now.

Terrible and WAYYYY overpriced. Do your own research and you'll see a clear trend in unsatisfied customers and horror stories. Avoid Shitwire at all costs. Seriously take the time to research.

I have to agree with the other 1* reviews out there. I would avoid Shipwire - there are other apps you can install that will work better. Shipwire has cost us thousands over the last 3 years. It takes a long time to resolve issues, and they have recently changed their business terms and decided to charge long term storage fees - retroactively. Unless of course you are willing to spends thousands removing your goods to another facility... They don't take responsibility for lost inventory, damaged goods, or mis-shipped items. We are a small biz and working with Shipwire has nearly put me out of business. Don't use them is my advice.
