STOP this is crazy!! First time I reached out to customer supprt they sent me a 20 second custom video showcasing how I alter my design. I was like damn, that's different, custom videos - Respect! Second time I reach out to customer support for something a bit more complex they change the coding for me EXACTLY as requested and I didnt even move a finger. These guys deserve a 15 out of 10 hands down. Talk about setting the example in customer support. #Hooked-for-life

Very very very bad customer service. They won't help you with anything. We had a problem with the app in our store killing the conversion rate like hell, just one quick improvement would change it, but they won't do it for us. Very bad, other apps help us in a second if we ask something.

I added this app to my store more than a week ago . I have seen no sales or elevated customer interaction on my store website at this point . Not sure that I will continue to use this app . What this means is that I had no sales prior to adding this app and now that the app has been installed for about 2 weeks there has been no sales with this app as well .
