This app is great for two reasons: (a) it gives me proof the client signed the Ts & Cs (it shows up in the additional details section of the order information) and (b) it's the only checkbox app I've found that prevents customers avoiding the checkbox by using the Paypal dynamic checkout button. So I can finally have Paypal on my site. Was easy to install too. Show more

App didn't work in the first theme we used. Tried putting it on the side cart and it wouldn't work (they installed). We used a different theme to try and get this to work and they wouldn't even attempt to install it for us. They said it wouldn't work on this one without even trying. 0/2 themes we tried and it doesn't work? Not a good app and a waste of time. Thanks for helping attempting to install the first time, but if your app doesn't work in an ajax cart, it doesn't work. 99% of themes on Shopify use this. Most people do not actually go to the cart page and checkout rendering this app completely useless. Show more
