We purchased this template expecting its basic product display features to function similarly to other Shopify templates. However, we realized that it did not. We reached out to customer support for assistance or at least a workaround. Unfortunately, they were unresponsive to our concern and didn't offer any real help.

I really love this theme! It offers five different styles, all of which I adore, and it performs well in most areas. The best part is that whenever I had questions about the settings, the team was always prompt and eager to help me resolve any issues. I hope the theme can continue to improve in terms of detail in the future!
