So far this theme looks great on our site. I had a functionality issue with my loyalty plug in and the app developer was unable to solve the problem, but working with the theme developer on solutions was a great experience. They followed up timely with a workable solution. Very happy with the theme, and the developer post-support.
Tiaga is good and very professonal. Customer service is great and response relatively fast. The only downside is that shopify is very limited to what they can do in terms of customization. But if you are patient and contact tiagas customer service you can do whatever.
For me they give the greatest solution. Especially with the RTL App , which makes the theme into the Hebrew language. Their support and customer service is unique. 100% Recommending try it out and start using it.
Im using the Taiga theme, and I must say that the team at Woolman is amazing! They have provided superb support with the troubles I was having, relpying quickly and even checking in on me when I was the one slacking in my replies. I am very appreciative and highly thankful for such great customer service long after I have purchased their product.
