We had 3-4 final contenders for our Shopify 2.0 retheme, and I SO REGRET picking Testament. I do have dev access but am quite competent at pasting CSS. However, EVERY TIME I want to make a simple change myself, Testament blocks basic things and hard codes in absurd elements so I am trying CSS, then JSON, etc. I cannot disable their default chat, so it shows ON TOP of my HelpScout chat. 2/10 theme.

Shout out to Tiffany for her great customer service. She helped me with my theme update, and other questions I had. She was responsive to every email, and her support was outstanding. I love this theme not only because it is easy to use, but because they always there for you when you need them. Thank you again Tiffany!!!!!

Every now and then I wish there were certain features available with Testament that I see with other themes, AND it would be super helpful to have video tutorials the features (YouTube channel? ~ BUT I've used Testament theme for several years now, and I really do love it. Their customer service has been great too, and they usually respond in just a few hours! :)
