I've had this theme for 5+ years and still love it! It's clean and elegant, and easy to use! Tech support is wonderful, and will help with anything. Highly recommend!

Getting template help is proving to be an unclear path. There is an inability to monitor the status of a request and I do not want to hire a Shopify expert to fix what they believe is a template error on the Vogue theme. It may have been easier to hire a developer to build a website and therefore award me with a direct and consistent line of communication for defects and enhancement requests.

I've requested help on fixing very small issues with the website in a VERY CLEAR and detailed manner and their responses have been vague and don't answer what I asked AT ALL. There is no support for this theme... should have listened to the most recent reviews. Waste of money.
