UPDATE! July 7th, It seems CN Storm are trying to patch their reputation by making excuses on these reviews! Now they are saying we never were a customer! WE CERTAINLY WERE! Actually there is no way to review them without installing their app, and from memory they need to do this in the backend of Shopify in order for it to work. SCAM SCAM SCAM! Why is this app back on Shopify?! This company is destroying businesses! We still have no answers for where our inventory disappeared to. This app should be removed! UPDATE: Even after having lost over $20,000 of our inventory they have been repeatedly asking us to "top up" our account, which we very reluctantly did because a new order came in. Well, 2 new problems now. We sent the money via PayPal with the link we used for years but now they won't accept it because it wasn't a "Friends and Family" transfer. They also won't return the money that was sent but said we need to contact PayPal. If it's not resolved today they will be reported for fraud. The second new problem is that they now lost more inventory! The new order that just came in was only for products that we were told are in inventory and not lost. Now they are saying some of this order is lost also. And now we are waiting again for an update. Shopify really should ban China Division and CN Storm from their platform. PayPal as well. --- China Division has destroyed our business. We have been stuck with them for years since getting our inventory out has been complicated. We found out this week that they have lost most of our inventory, worth tens of thousands of dollars, which means we are effectively out of business. I'm sure they will jump in the comments and say we aren't a client, which seems to be their way of dealing with angry customers. Our original rep Crystal was good to work with then we were moved to Chloe, who has been a real headache to deal with. We were recently moved to a new rep whose name I forget. In all fairness, I don't think the reps are the problem. This is a company rotten from the top down. I'll update the review if anything changes. Hopefully, they find our inventory, but we are being ghosted now. Oh, and the app is pretty much unusable. We have been having to upload orders manually in spreadsheets to fulfill orders. Show more

Hello, A company managed by incompetents who made me live a nightmare. I made the mistake of trusting them and storing several thousand dollars of products in their warehouse and I quickly realized that absolutely nothing works properly at China Division. - the delivery of the packages takes MINIMUM 3 weeks, even up to months. - the tracking numbers do not work 3 times out of 4, they put you false tracking numbers without updating them so it is a real headache afterwards to know where the packages are. Your customers will not be able to recover the parcels or pay customs fees, so you will have lots of parcels lost in nature and / or returned at your expense in China. - there is absolutely no customer service able to help you, all the agents who worked for me were a bunch of incompetents who do not answer any email and do not care about your problems. And the only time they will respond is to apologize and make you believe that in the future, these problems will not occur but this is obviously manipulation and you will have the same problems again and again. - They will do anything to prevent you from getting out once you enter their system. If you want to get your stock out of their warehouse, they will force you to stay and try to discourage you from doing so. They even went so far as to add money that I had not added as a balance to make me decide to put inventory back into their warehouse. But once the packages are in their warehouse, they will tell you that it is a mistake and your account is at 0, so you are stuck, you have to add more money. - Several months after I stopped my activities with China Division, I still had 3 packages in their warehouse (worth about 300 usd) and still money in my balance, today I reconnected to see if the packages were still in their system but no, they simply disappeared, this means that these people have dumped my packages without even notifying me and this, probably because they are frustrated that I was out of their warehouse. - They transferred me 5 times from one agent to another in 6 months, the employees of this company are leaving one after the other. In short, they are just a bunch of incompetents. NEVER deal with China Divison, i lost trust from my customers and a LOT of money. Show more
