Orderhive to compare with others is a great app. Since Tradegecko Sunset, we've tried and touched many Alternative Apps, Orderhive is the perfect fit for our company. Onboarding was good, we had a lot of issues with the new system here and there, we had a quick response from the support team who were very nice and patient to figure out solutions and give an alternative. Especially to Thank you Ms. Atulya Pillai. Orderhive easy way to manage and Automate your eCom inventory, orders, and shipping management sync between Shopify and Xero so far so good. Overall, I've been very pleased with Orderhive. We had various issues to get going but Shiva our onboarding specialist was very helpful in getting things resolved and helping us properly use what it has to offer. It integrates and auto-updates nearly all of our channels and has made order management & inventory MUCH better. It was also much more reasonable than alternatives we reviewed. Show more

We subscribed to their app and paid a fee for some custom work. They kept coming up with excuses for the first 4 months and did not do anything. After delay and delay they finally started to get to work and they promised in full confidence that they will now complete the work. We are now 10 months further and without consulting us they simply decided to deliver something totally different that what we requested and paid extra money for. When we pointed this was really unacceptable they simply rejected and told us that their management made the decision. We've spend over 5000 usd on this project and I feel scammed. It is very disgraceful. If you can use the tool as is perhaps it is fine, but stay away if you need custom work, because they over promise and deliver something you never asked for. Show more

While the app seems to have very good potential, I decided it to let it go. I received very bad service from the demo guy Thomas Graham. In fact after registering to the demo session, he cancelled on me. I reply and asked for the session, he then replied back by sending the question to the email. I felt that I was bothering him. Not impressed. This is the email I received from him: "Hey there, I wanted to reach out before our scheduled Demo today to make sure we are handling everything properly. It looks like you've been on our Free plan, which as you know we no longer offer. I also see that you are wanting to upgrade to the essential plan which is incredibly exciting, and we're so happy to have you! That being said, these Demos are intended for prospects who are interested in Orderhive. Being that you've been actively using Orderhive for about 4 months, I'm not too sure I will be of much aid to you. Are you okay with cancelling the call for today, to was there a matter you had intended on discussing that I may not be aware of? Let me know when you can, and thank you in advance!" " Show more

this is the lousiest software and made my accounting cannot function because using wms Orderhive. When during integration, orderhive promised us to put all information in order. But it made my account cannot close it properly since Sep 2022. We keep calling them but no reply and said Setu can help. Called Setu but pick up call. terrible service and asking for refund. Good software... very poor customer service since they where acquired by Cin7.... email and chat support are virtually non existent... and good luck trying to get them to pick up the phone... Show more
