Great app and equally as great support. They have fail-safes in order to prevent deleted products from being lost if the parent connection hasn't deleted it. The ability to disable sync settings so you can change title's, descriptions and etc.. This app will set you up for success, granted you put in as much effort as they have! Show more

Update: Synclogic was very quick in responding to my review. They were able to reverse the charge for December since it was uninstalled. It's a great app that makes my website almost automatic. It is still not worth it for my business as my customers do not typically purchase enough to make it worth it. However, it I received more than 10 orders a week, I'd consider re-installing the app. Original Review: I was charged for the app even though I uninstalled it on December 2nd. It's overpriced and is not worth it for my shop. Show more

Had the app for 3 years or so and worked well however when i migrated two websites into one and updated all tags, prices, variants etc on the 'secondary' website, the app deleted ALL our products (over 800 products) were deleted several weeks after migrating both websites, out of the blue without any consent or warning!!! The worst bit was they had no feature to retrieve all the data that was deleted! Luckily i had a backup from the original website however had to again update prices, tags, variants on ALL of the products which took over 3 days worth of work to do. Avoid!!! Show more

I'm trying to use synlogic for inventory Sync for B2B <-> B2C but everytime i kick it up it chooses to sync all prices on products even with field setting set correct...... and it also feel it has a right to take items off sales channels for some reasons Show more

I want to cancel account and stop recurring charges. Unfortunately I can't find any way to actually do that. The website just takes me back to my shop page. I'm no longer syncing. Being vague and not even having an original email from signing up w/ a link to cancel is poor thinking. Show more
