En dehors du fait que cela ralentisse énormément la boutique l'app fonctionnait bien au début. Malheureusement cela n'a pas duré, au moment de demander de l'aide au support il m'a été repondu qu'il n'avait pas le temps à donner. J'ai donc supprimé toutes les applications de ce fournisseur (dont les payantes) Conclusion si tout va bien vous avez de la chance, si ce n'est pas le cas inutile de demander de l'aide ils n'ont pas le temps pour leurs clients.

One of the worst customer service I have ever seen. No customer support no matter if pop ups works or not and when you turn off the some of there features they will pop up Lol. when you need support they will say we have more than 100000 customer and can not give support and will send of the link to read and fix it by yourself. To use there services you have to install 2 apps - 1 Abandoned Cart Messenger 2 Facebook Messenger Marketing pay for both of them and not get support to fix it.

(Free version). I took all morning to get everything setup only to find that the promised free features do not work. The growth tools are not functioning as described. There is no pop up on exit, nor is there a messenger box next to the add to cart button.
