I have same problem. It's more than a week since the first review and still no fix. that's not a good sign. When accessing the settings page I get an error. Specifically calling this page (I removed the variables attached): https://apps.knowband.com/orderstatus/index/callback? A responsecode 500 is coming back: Error An Internal Error Has Occurred Error: An Internal Error Has Occurred.

This app doesn't work...you get an error message when you try and add it which is a pity because it was something I was looking for.
