We just installed this app as it was the only viable solution for our shipping conundrum: some customers want us to use their own carrier account number to charge shipping costs to (third party shipping). Others want us to charge them for shipping using our account. This app allows us to use customer tags to display the appropriate shipping options on our checkout page. Sounds simple, and it was, thanks to Brian who walked us through the setup process step-by-step on the phone. Talk about service! And it works! Highly recommend! Show more

This app makes it easy to create specific shipping rates for certain customers. In our case, we wanted to give special shipping rates to our most loyal customers. Customer Shipping Rules makes it easy to set up and easy to modify. Now loyal customers get free shipping, and new customers have an incentive to re-order. I should also mention that while the software is very good, what truly makes it excellent is the customer service that stands behind the code. Sadly I cannot recommend this developer. The app started to act erratically. Emailed twice, the phone goes straight to voicemail. 5 days, no reply. Will be forced to uninstall and look for another solution. It seems this is a common complaint here. Show more
