Sky pilot is awesome to work with! They deliver our digital downloads flawlessly, and integrate with customer accounts so that our customers can login and see a full list of their past purchases. Our last digital download delivery app could not do this, and it makes for a much better customer experience. Highly recommend sky pilot if you sell digital downloads. Show more

The Sky Pilot app is the most reliable and trustworthy app I've ever encountered. If I've ever had an issue it's due to user error, and that was once about 3 years ago. I've been relying on this app for digital delivery services in my store for approximately 5 years now and have NEVER had issues from customers or my end. My customers have reliable delivery, easy access to files, customer account login that's seamless and I have a backend that provides me with all the information I could require. The enhancements that Sky Pilot has provided over the years have been seamless, to the point where I don't even notice a change has been applied unless it's visual. I have easily accessed new features for enhancing my experience and haven't even encountered a bug. I recommend Sky Pilot to all individuals looking for digital content delivery upon customer purchase. Show more

Ok, maybe I was wrong. I thought the SkyPilot and ChargeRabbit are the same companies, but I got now (so quick as never before) an answer about that, referring to my review. They will do the support for ChargeRabbit too, so Andrew told me. That does not change anything to us that we could not use it for our business plan for selling distributions. Sky Pilot may be can helpful for downloads, but there is the problem with the big movie storage we need, so the monthly costs go up. So my proposal to Sky Pilot is to connect other of the many paywall sellers that are available now. --------------- 1st review: We lost a couple of days to find out that it is not working for our business plan. We want to sell language learning movies as a subscription. That's it. You have no Shopify cart, it will be bypassed directly to ChargeRabbit and the registration too. Also, I get the feeling that SkyPilot and ChargeRabbit work together, there is the same support and it is the same delay. When you set up a question, it takes minimum 1 day. So we lost a lot of days, waiting for answers - most of them are not found in any description. Why they have parted SkyPilot and ChargeRabbit? Maybe to take 2 times money.
