I am loving Drip. The tutorials are short and to the point which makes learning the software really quick and efficient. The automation makes everything seamless, and my favorite part is the customer service and tech help. I had some glitches and issues with my emails sending and I received immediate and excellent help to find a solution. Super happy! Show more

I recently migrated from Mailchimp to Drip and I am so so so happy with my decision. The #1 thing I absolutely LOVE about Drip is their automation, more specifically how easy and user-friendly they make it. Email automation is nothing new as I am sure you know. But it seems like a lot of CRM software companies forget this. When I first migrated to Drip I didn't expect too much in terms of bringing in more sales from emails but after building in very fine detail our "welcome" and "abandoned cart" emails (something I couldn't do with other CRM companies) I saw a huge spike in our email sales! During the 2022 holiday season, 35% of our online sales were directly from the automation we set up with Drip. The 2nd thing I absolutely LOVE about Drip is their customer service. If you are anything like me, having a live chat feature is a need. Now I know that other CRM companies have live chat but when I would try to get something resolved with the other CRM companies it seemed like they had no clue what they were doing and were just generally unhelpful. Drip, on the other hand, has the best customer service I have ever experienced not only do their service agents know what they are doing and are extremely knowledgeable about all Drip's products but if there is something that is wrong they get it fixed super fast. (they even have an entire slack channel for Drip customers to talk with Drip developers for feature requests and general or complex questions. If you are thinking about switching to Drip or maybe you're just tired of dealing with issues with other CRM companies I would highly recommend Drip to anyone in the market for email marketing software. P.S. This may seem like a paid review or even a review from an employee, but I assure you neither is true I just enjoy and love how Drip works it has made my life so much easier not to mention the sales we are getting out of it ;) Show more

I am excited with the new upgrades. I was able cancel my subscription to Clickfunnels. I never understood that app and never could get it to work. It was so expensive and could not ever use it properly. thank you Drip for your updates and great support. Show more

This is the least capable and stable email marketing platform I have tried and tested, and I have used ALL the major platforms. It is the poorest because of numerous bugs and performance issues involving syncing contacts, automations, and subscriber form failures. Many other issues you can read about in other comments. But what truly makes Drip so bad is the customer service. It is non-existent. I have emailed, called and messaged online a number of times and have never got one response. Please consider another platform unless your store's marketing is not important for your business. Show more

Fast customer service before you buy in, super slow and unfair business handling after!!! We had a major billing issue with them. They promised us a 30 days free trial however after 14 days we were fully charged for a full month. When we address their customer support, they sent us to resolve the issue with Shopify billing saying they have no control. We went back to Shopify which in return send us back to drip. When we wrote back to support it took them time to reply and then another billing cycle happened. Eventually, after another attempt to reach a different customer service member, we were told that they are sorry and that the issue will be reviewed. Of course, no one came back to us for a few weeks, with another billing cycle and charges made. When I finally threatened to place a dispute i got a reply and suddenly they were willing to process a credit. I wonder why they could have not done it the first time, 3 months ago. We never used the app or sent out even a single email !! Their app might be good, but the service is unacceptable. Show more

Pessimi. Una volta installata, non si riesce più ad aprire e ti rimanda alla pagina di installazione- salvo impedirtelo perchè chiaramente il negozio risulta già connesso a un account Drip. Servizio clienti inesistente. Fatturazione crescente e totalmente incoerente. Show more

We are being charged $39 a month, but are unable to open the app or send out emails. We've contacted support and have yet to receive a reply or help of any kind. We would like our money back or we will be forced to open a dispute. Show more

The workflow for abandoned carts never worked, no email was sent properly for days in the other workflows, they answer that all was fixed, but no emails were being sent out from the abandoned cart funnels, in the chat they answered fast, but I didn't get any other follow-up emails as promised and the tool continued without working for more than 10 days, this app made me lost money since day 1, I was using omnisend trying to search for a more modern user interface and better price, but sadly this was not the right solution, I just removed it, I'm trying another solution.
