I have a question. This app is installed and configure some fraud rules in my store. But if some Fraudulent orders still are created, how does this responsibility identify? which side will pay for these users, Shopify or merchant. Show more

This app does have it's flaws, but I have a pretty major suggestion if you are trying to use it! Turn on manual payment capture so you do not need to take the processing fee! I have had someone persistently trying to place orders, and manual payment capture helps SO much with this app. Show more

It's a good app and adequately blocks customers. For anybody complaining about the app not working, for the blocking feature to work the filter must contain all of the attributes to block the customer. For example, when setting up a filter, only include one attribute because for the filter to work it needs to meet all of the attributes. 10/10 Show more

Not a very well developed app. Disappointing coming from official Shopify. The rulesets are limited to 'AND' only. You cannot do 'OR' rules. Also, it only cancels the order being placed instead of preventing the order from being placed in the first place. That means you are still paying processing fees to Shopify. Please improve this app as Fraud prevention is a critical part of any online store. Show more

I don't recommend it. The parameters are extremely limited, I put in some straightforward ones just to try to get it to work at all and those didn't work. Support was not helpful and just gave me a list for better apps that are not free instead of understanding this app enough to help me get an use out of it. You should also have a couple of examples that would commonly be used and actually work with the app. Show more

It won't allow you to make a requirement for the BILL TO and SHIP TO addresses to be the same. This is key to stopping fraud for us. Credit card owner is never the person fraudulently using the card, and buying and having delivered our products. It is going to a different home address. Therefore making it obvious that two different addresses are needed in defrauding a company of their consumer good. Basic knowledge in fraudulent activity and easy solve for Shopify but they haven't. Avoid this app, don't waste your time on it. I am still getting orders from the customers who are blocked for filing false charge backs. This is create a rule by identifying all the key indicators which can identify the customers. For example: IP, Shipping address, phone number, card# etc. It doesn't even give a hint that this customer is on the block list. I email shopify support about it, but didn't get a resolution.
