Beste Möglichkeit für die automatisierte Anbindung von Shopify-Rechnungen zu sevDesk. Endlich kein langwieriges Beleg buchen mehr. Die App bietet nach Einrichtung definitiv einen erheblichen zeitlich Mehrwert. Auch der Support ist super hilfreich und gibt sich überaus viel Mühe alle individuellen Wünsche zu erfüllen. Empfehlenswert! Ich nutze die App schon über ein Jahr und bin voll zufrieden. Alle Daten werden reibungslos übermittelt. Und wenn es doch mal ein Problem gab, dann konnte dieses schnell und unkompliziert durch den Kundensupport gelöst werden. Macht weiter so Leute!

Der Support durch eShop Guide ist wirklich super! Sie antworten sehr schnell (i.d.R. wenigert als 24h), sind supernett und hilfsbereit. Unsere Probleme konnten bisher alle unkompliziert gelöst werden.

Zur Buchführung musste ich ich immer überwinden. Sevdesk erleichtert alles, ich brauche nichtmal die Hälfte der Zeit. Das Dashboard ist sehr übersichtlich, alles auf einen Blick zu sehen. Ein besonderes Lob gilt dem Support. Sie sind schnell erreichbar und super freundlich! Alle Probleme wurden direkt gelöst...

Zwei Sterne - Weil es extrem schwierig ist, diese App ordentlich aufzusetzen mit all ihren Bugs. Das Resultat ist, dass ich die Zahlungen in der App nicht automatisieren kann, da sonst ungewollt Rechnungen verschickt werden würden und die gesetzl. Vorschriften zum Lieferdatum nicht eingehalten werden können. Der Support ist nur dann gut, wenn er mal antwortet. Das dauert gerne ein paar Tage und/oder es kommt einfach keine Antwort und anschließend die automatische E-Mail, dass man leider nicht erreichbar war. Und das obwohl man schon zwei mal selbst nach Updates gefragt hat. Mir leuchtet auch nicht ein, wieso man den automatischen Rechnungsversand an "Bezahlt" und "ausgeführt" gleichzeitig koppeln muss. Warum kann man das nicht unterscheiden? Das sind zwei komplett verschiedene Phasen einer Bestellung. Ich muss manuell Einstellungen an und aus machen, damit ich die gesetzl. Vorschriften für das Lieferdatum einhalte. Echt schwachsinnig. Zwei Sterne - weil der Support hilfreich sein kann wenn er dann mal antwortet.

Really good idea and it is working. Not bad but not perfect. However, to be perfect, the app would need this functionality: - Multilanguage support for invoices (at the moment just German is supported) The app should use the language tag from Shopify and automatically use the correct language template for invoices. As we have many languages in Europe and English is a must to sell outside Germany, Austria and Switzerland this feature is in my opinion really important. Other apps already offer this but not a seamless integration with Sevdesk. Also please add a better FAQ Section or HELP Section and go a bit deeper in detail. Functionality is good and stable but I am missing the details.
