Conekta it's a good checkout platform but there's a problem with this app, coz in some checkouts displays an error related with some fields required by conekta that shopify doesn't send and gets trouble in checkout display. We'll wait for solution to use it again. Show more

Terrible experiencia. Integré Conekta en mi tienda y no aceptaba pago con tarjetas. Pensé que era un error con la prueba que estaba realizando pero después de pedirle a varias personas que intentaran completar una compra no pudieron. Contacte a soporte al cliente y dijeron que era por que estaba marcando todas estas transacciones como fraudulentas y que debían etiquetarse como "no fraudulentas"... No entiendo ésta lógica en absoluto, ¿Acaso debo levantar un ticket con todos mis clientes para que no marquen como fraudulentas sus operaciones? Tuve una mejor experiencia con Mercado Pago, mejor me cambio para evitar problemas. Show more

SU SISTEMA NO LO DETECTÓ, HABLÉ PARA CONFIRMARLES QUE ERAN COMPRAS FRAUDULENTAS Y PEDIRLES QUE BLOQUEARAN A LOS USUARIOS PARA QUE NO PUDIERAN SEGUIR HACIENDO COMPRAS Y ME COMENTARON QUE SÍ LO HICIERON, SIN EMBARGO PUDIERON SEGUIR HACIENDO LAS COMPRAS EN EL COMERCIO. Tienen graves problemas de seguridad. Muchísimos contra cargos, y su sistema disque de protección No sirve, los niegan a pesar de que mandas la evidencia de la venta. si no quieres perder tu dinero y evitar dolores de cabeza no la usas. hay mucho mejores opciones como PayPal o Mercado Pago. La peor aplicación que existe, se los puedo asegurar. En un periodo de dos semanas tuve 12 fraudes, nunca me ayudaron y por el contrario, se cobraron la comisión de esas ventas fraudulentas con todo y que ellos mismos aceptaron y comprobaron era fraude. Además tuve 5 contracargos de los cuales nunca me llegó notificación y fue dinero que también perdí. Show more
